Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping From

All orders are shipped from Turkey and USA to customers worldwide.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times:

USA: 3–5 business days
UK: 3–5 business days
EU: 3–5 business days

Express options may be available at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
For EU orders under €150, VAT may be collected at checkout through the IOSS system (where applicable).

5. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. We cannot refund or reship packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
